    Description

    Love Token engraved on a foreign coin as a planchet.  Bronze, 34mm diameter, 2.5 mm thick (remaining) and 15 Grams weight.  I was not able to immediately identify the host coin used however it is not one of the most commonly encountered types found in the U. S., so I suspect a European origin.  Very complex multi-letter engravings, probably multiple members of a single family.  Little wear and no damage, a very attractive and unusual piece which would make a good research project for someone.
