Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There are noticeable scratches on the sides of the device.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device using both 10 AA batteries (not included) and an in-house power supply (12VDC with a 5.5mm x 2.5mm power adapter tip).
The display works as it should.
I was able to connect an in-house antenna to the Antenna port and receive a signal.
I was able to adjust the Tune and Frequency knobs.
I was able to test the Gate, Mode and UHF buttons to be working.
I was unable to get signal input into the Frequency counter input. When I attempted to insert a signal, the counter stayed at zero.
I was unable to test if the SWR and Impedance meters are functional.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
No Antenna, AA Batteries or Power Supply are included.
